Best magnesium dosage
I have been taking Life Extension extended release
magnesium
(as ZumXR
magnesium
oxide
,
magnesium
citrate) 500 mg (2 capsules of 250 mg each). I understand from Daphne’s Facebook group that Mg Oxide is not recommended. I intend to switch to Mg-1-threonate.

Does anybody get severe cramps; legs, pectoral and feet?
I have experimented with
Magnesium
Oxide
, Glycinate/Hylands Leg Cramps/Curcumin/Tonic water/Calcium and Potasium. The only thing that helps is drinking magnesium citrate power in water during a muscle cramp attack. I really wish I could find something to avoid them in the first place. Any ideas?

Magnesium CAUSING muscle cramps
Magnesium taurate doesn't agree with me either yet I can take taurine in high doses and
magnesium
independently.
Magnesium
oxide
is the only one that actually helps with my digestive constipation anyway.

I had my gallbladder removed a year ago after a gallstone got stuck and caused me to turn yellow with jaundice. I have had the usual after-effects, a bit more diarrhoea etc if I ate the wrong foods like fried stuff etc but I am usually careful to eat sensibly. A couple of months back I started to get

My latest blood tests have just come back. I’d be grateful for comments from the amazing admins please. At the moment I’m not feeling great, my last tests about 8 months ago showed my B12 to be low so I started taking a liquid B12 supplement sublingually. I’m not taking any iron supplements. I take vit

New blood pressure drugs
Hi all I have had a lot of issues with BP meds currently on Felodipine 7.5mg and in general they are by far the best I have used. Magnesium Taurate side effects.
I have taken Magnesium Taurate for year’s, firstly Cardiovascular Research combined and then Magnesium Bisglycinate and taurine separately (due to costs and needing a mortgage to buy the combined). Has anyone taken the Magnesium Taurate from Ethical Nutrition? If so did you notice any side effects?
