PSA level vs vasectomy question
When I had my tubes cut, they were not sewn up or cauterized which I believe is standard practice (in states), I elected to just have a .375" chunk cut out of each of them then and everything stuffed back inside and sewn back scrotum. I did this so they would never be able to be reconnected or reversed

Vasectomy as a Chef
Dear ya'll, I'm due to have my op in about 2 weeks time. Excited, as it's something that's been on the cards for a while but never followed through. I am a chef however, and all the sites say, avoid "heavy duties" for about a week. I have written to my manager and she's asked me to define this. I

My husband is in rout to get a
vasectomy
thank GOD. I’m just scared of this blood tests and the results. I’m praying it’s negative and I can just relax and wait for my monthly and if it doesn’t show at least I’ll know I’m not for sure and just go on about my life.

Not great odds!!
Both were frozen as DH has had a failed
vasectomy
reversal. We had 9 eggs, 5 thawed successfully but only 2 fertilised. When I spoke to the endrometriologist, I got the impression that these 2 weren't looking good.

mastectomy now tamoxifen
I’m 48 and just had a double mastectomy almost 4 weeks ago. My bc tumor was 1.2 cm and ER/PR positive and HER 2 negative with an onco type score of 21 and nymph nodes were negative. I was hoping I was done with treatment, but was told I need to take tamoxifen. I read a lot of horrible stories about

I’ve had some sort of low-level virus going on for about a week now. General lethargy, and then last Monday I woke with that bruised achey feeling in the edge of my ear (like I’d slept on it curled in) which is still with me. Then Tuesday morning I thought I’d cricked my neck but it turned out to be

Hi! I'm new and excited to meet others and learn about your journey
Good afternoon. I'm new to the group. I already posted an item, but thought I should introduce myself. I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in 2010. Had a mastectomy. Went on tamoxifen for 2 years, then quit because it made me feel miserable. No chemo. In 2022, I was once again diagnosed

Running bra
So, this is a bit niche but does anyone have any advice/sources for post mastectomy bras for running. A bit of background... My surgery was over 10 years ago I have tried various sports bras since but the only ones I have had and been happy with are cheap decathlon ones which clip at the back to a racer

My current struggle, anxiety
This isn’t strictly related to PP but in my lifelong saga with depression, anxiety, PD, and PP, I do still live with anxiety. It’s been bad lately. I’m also a 13 year breast cancer survivor and after mastectomy in 2010 I made the mistake of getting reconstruction with a breast implant. I won’t go

Start of first cycle
DH has had his sperm surgically retrieved (due to failed
vasectomy
Reversal) and frozen and, due to my age, and no egg reserve, we are using donor eggs. Feeling excited and apprehensive at the same time, not sure how long it will be before transfer but can’t be soon enough.
