I didn't enjoy that at all. 73° and windy but more it was thar my legs felt heavy from start to finish. Think I had toxic tens from 0 -15 mins and 20 - 30 mins. Did consciously slow down once or twice when getting too puffed but I can confirm that having run for too long by accident last week has not

TENS advice
Can those who have had success with TENS share where they put the pads? I know we are all different but I would benefit from some experience. I tried them on my feet for 15 minutes each foot last night without any success. Thanks.

Tens pain relief
Hi all I'm just looking for any information on the beurer em50. I've been looking everywhere for a storage case to make it better when carrying it round with me. Does anyone have any links or anything suitable if you use this too? I know this may not be the best forum but unsure where to ask. Thanks

I picked up a book and turned the page. My recovery had begun.
I was lucky, the author was later described as 'the woman who cracked the anxiety code'. She was nominated for a Nobel Prize for her major contribution to helping so many recover from anxiety disorder. She did this through her short books, consultations, newsletters and public appearances in person

Practice run
Decided to dip my toe in this afternoon and do a run post the lurgy. I still have a headache but knew my energy levels were better. I was due to start W7 but decided to do a 20 min run instead just to see. Def experienced the toxic tens but enjoyed it once through that. Also, interesting that I considered

Desperate for some advice
Hi, im hoping someine can relate.I was diagnosed with Endometriosis about 11 years ago and have had my left tube and ovary removed on my 3rd laparoscopy. I've got an appointment this week to hopefully get a date for a hysterectomy. Over the past 4 weeks, I've had chronic diarrhoea, heavy bloating across

Tens machine success for tinnitus
Google Tens machine for tinnitus and you will see stories of some success at reducing or in some cases eliminating it completely. Apparently it may help the DCN to do its job properly. Maybe it resets it in some way.

How to improve your blood pressure
I have recently fallen in love. With capillaries. In his brilliant book, ‘The Secret Language of Cells’, Dr John Leif, physician and neuroscientist, dedicates a whole chapter to them, calling these tiny vessels, ‘brain centres’ of tissue development. With a yogic lens, this speaks to the body intelligence

Mother in pain
My 88 year old mother has severe osteoporosis and kyphosis. She has episodes of severe back pain under her shoulders, which I am assuming is due to vertebral fractures of the spine. She uses a heating pad, over the counter pain medicine, and Tylenol with codeine when she cannot tolerate the pain anymore

Funny turn
I woke up from my sleep last night and felt very sick. I tried to get to the bathroom but couldn't keep my balance and fell over. I managed to get up and that's the last I remember as I fell backwards into the shower where my husband found me. He said I was unresponsive so he helped me to a sitting position
