I ended up staying for two weeks and discharged with a diagnosis of active
myocarditis
. Advised to rest. I’m to have a follow up in three months with mri and cardiologist. I also had a massive drop in iron and had to have an infusion before discharge and waiting for a gastro appointment.

Myocarditis chest pain
Hi all, I’m approaching the 3 month mark with
myocarditis
. Chest pains were slowly easing off but have increased slightly over the past few weeks. I’m continuing to rest and listen to my body.

Does myocarditis have poor prognosis
This was on the cleaveland clinic website for
myocarditis
so a reputable source. I am terrified. Has anyone got any information on this? Is there a difference between
myocarditis
and myopericarditis ? Is it worse prognosis to have both?

COVID VACCINE SPIKEVAX XBB 1.5
I had my vax two days ago with no problems. It does say however that there is an increased risk of
Myocarditis
and Pericarditis so if you have a heart condition then maybe check with your Dr first . The guy giving me it said I had this one before but I cannot find the name on my medical records

Experiences of cardiovascular side effects of medications for CLL
I have read that V can cause
myocarditis
and O can cause arrhythmias including VT and atrial fib. Has anyone been on either of these medications - either alone or together - and has been advised that they can exercise and done so successfully or unsuccessfully?
