This question is asked often, but how much and how often others are taking B1 will have no bearing on what will be the correct dosage for you. It is very individualistic. Your best bet is to get Daphne's book 'Parkinson's and the B1 Therapy' from Amazon and join her facebook group if you have any questions. Good luck!
I've been taking the magnesium and B complex recommended and up to 1.5 sublingual B1 a day, no effects either positive or negative.
