I'm 56 finally found something that covers my story I've done loads of autism tests and scores highly on all of them but not been diagnosed not likely to either due to a very long waiting list for adults I want to use this new found information on what's wrong with me to help myself but can't find anything UK to help me what do I do ??

Hi Austin

Might be worth contacting MIND on [phone], you can register for an options session with them, which will then enable you to do workshops that they are offering during the year, like “how to deal with strong emotions “ etc,
