Should I ask to go up on my levothyroxine dosage?
My ferritin,
vitamin
D,
folic
acid
, and
B12
are now optimal. I have been experiencing a lot more anxiety lately, but my other symptoms are all still there. Should I now ask my GP to increase my dosage? I've gone up to 67.6kg now, so should I be on around 100mcg of levothyroxine? Thank you

Why cyanocobalamin?
B12
) as
folic
acid

blood test needed
Quick question group - is it good practice to get a GP blood test (stating NO to B12 test as of IM) yearly for someone with AG PA? (Also take complex B12 supplements so being conscious about skewing results). What bloods should I ask for ? The usual group ? Many thanks

Needle colour and gauge advice.
Hi, been IM injecting for a while now. I use the green needle to draw the B12 and use the orange needle to inject. I’d like to use a finer needle to inject and wondered what colour and “G” I should buy. I use medisave many thanks 😊

urge to urinate, with pink in pee
Had an iron infusion and started B12 injections EOD a week ago, and today have strange sensation in bladder and sudden urge to pee, and it was pink. I have read that extra b12 can cause this. What are peoples experiences. I hope it is just excess B12 and nothing more sinister.

Started B12 injections and feel unwell. Lethargic, no energy, headache, brain fog, sore hands and feet.
Only two injections from six, so far. Don't feel great. Is this normal?

Reversing out symptoms
is it generally right that the last symptom that you developed before starting B12 injections is usually the one that flares up first when reversing out begins. I have terrible burning across my abdomen just under my skin, which I developed in the last year, and it seems to be getting worse. I’m telling

Why do GP like to group everything as depression and anxiety?
HI All I have questions about NHS and GP which I never understood. This is based of my experience of dealing with GPs not possible not a norm I am not sure why this so normalised. 1) Why do GPs prefer to brand every symptom (exhaustion, memory loss, tiredness, sleep disorder so many more) under

B12 injections - mouth spray as well?
I've had 2 B12 injections so far, with another tomorrow morning. While I was waiting for the treatment to start I ordered some mouth spray for B12 - 1 dose is 1,200ug. Today I was so tired I had to stay in bed after dragging myself on a dog walk so I had a dose of it. I just wanted to check that this

Paying method for ampoules
I have put in an order for B12 ampoules with Versandapo; I have an email thanking me and asking me to pay before they ship; I cannot pay euros through my bank. Any ideas?

Please help me re medication for hyperthyroidism and B12 deficiency - huge brain fog and tiredness.
I am really lost at the moment. I was told in Jan I was just anxious and turned away from A&E when I actually had a pulmonary embolism. I was rushed back in and given 3 months of thinners as I am apparently otherwise healthy - no need for a longer course. Case closed they said, despite me asking why

self-inject intramuscular vitamin B12
Hi all,I often read these posts but not very often write in. I was diagnosed with PA in 2000 using the schillings test. I have been having IM injections every 3 months ever since. However since COVID I have been self injecting. My surgery does not really support that, so I just buy supplies from Germany
