Cod Liver oil in TTC? Mega confused 🫤
I used to take a cod liver oil supplement up until last year when I became pregnant and read that you shouldn’t take it because it contains
vitamin
a
which is bad for baby. However I’ve read that it is good for fertility.

Alcohol’s SURPRISING Role in Your Health, Longevity and PD
While these are observational studies and can’t demonstrate cause and effect, cell and animal experiments provide reason to believe alcohol has hormetic effects at low doses mediated by improved activation of
vitamin
A
and increased defense against reactive oxygen species.

I’m not currently on any supplements (since running out of
a
multi
vitamin
a
few weeks ago), apart from a Vit D 3000 IU spray daily. How long should I wait to take vitamins after Levothyroxine in the AM?

Vitamin deficiency and muscle loss
what about
Vitamin
A
, B6, E and K ? I believe they too are fat soluble. I presume those too would be low. do vitamin supplements in tablet form work ? Or do I need to look at other ways to boost those vitamins.

People with high blood levels of niacin, (vitamin B3), may be more likely to have a heart attack or stroke than those with lower levels
In fact,

Health factory liquid nano iron
I have problems with the standard iron tablets given by GPs, even if I take it with
vitamin
C.
A
dietician told me today that I ought to take liquid Nano iron. She said it has far higher absorption, no constipation etc.
