constipation leading to Pelvic Floor dysfunction
I have IBS - C and over the years the medical fraternity have prescribed laxatives for me. I’m following a low fermentation & FODMAP diet which works well for me. However my constipation due to a lot of straining has turned into PFD which basically means my anal muscles are out of sync. Does anyone suffer

Simethicone
Been having problems due to
Pelvic
Floor
Dysfunction
. Whilst it’s improved a little bit in the last few days I’m finding that trapped gas first thing when waking is an issue. I was looking at Simethicone and whether that or Deflatine would help me.

Endometriosis surgery with pelvic floor dysfunction
Hello all, I’m writing to see if anyone here who has
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
has also had endometriosis surgery? I’ve been getting Botox injections every 6 months to my very tight pelvic floor muscles, which has helped with my chronic pelvic pain.

Enemas for constipation
The medication is doing fine but I’ve got what I believe to be
Pelvic
Floor
dysfunction
. Basically one of my rectum muscles (at exit) is contracting when it should be relaxing.

kratom
I have been reading about kratom on the pelvic floor clinic and I would like to know if kratom works for
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
!!!!! I’ve even tried fentanyl and it didn’t work! I have an implanted pain pump and it’s not helping so I’m looking for something else!!! I’m now using pot to help!

I love the way running makes you feel - after!!
I’ve done a lot of reading and I think it may be
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
… although who knows 🤷🏻♀️ Either way, to enjoy my running at the moment, I have to run, walk, run walk and so on, else the pain comes on very badly and I have to stop running altogether and just walk.

Constipation caused by pelvic floor dysfunction
I have been diagnosed with obstructive defecation syndrome (
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
) from a proctogram - I’ve been given physiotherapy and it hasn’t worked. I’ve asked to be referred for biofeedback and my doctor says they won’t do anything else. Does anyone have any advice?

Can Pudendal neuralgia cause ovary pain as main symptom?
I'm wondering if just
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
might be more likely for me. My muscles in my whole body are very weak because of the bedbound situation. Any input is appreciated.

Chronic ED and Hard Flaccid Please Help
Many theories are there point to
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
, nerve damage (pudendal nerve), stressed Penile suspensory Ligament etc. I will be seeing a new urologist quite soon. Anyone have a Clue as to what is causing this and anyone got treated successfully. I’m at a lost what to do.

tight muscles
I have previously managed these on the assumption that it is
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
. Whilst the relevant exercises seemed to hold the pain and discomfort at bay for a while and enable bowel movements to relieve constipation, the pain is getting worse.

Fed up with this anal pressure and discomfort
Consultant on phone, prior to procedure, does think functional not diet related , did suggest
pelvic
floor
dysfunction
,but I was already attending NHS physio for a mild prolapse ( rectocele) and the physio said I did not have PFD or hypertonic floor.
