I had anxiety night sweats and hot flushes and trouble sleeping.Then about a year or so later started to miss a period
Hey Cherries, i had anxiety, brain fog, i would struggle to concentrate, i had the shakes, i would be in tears, i cancelled meeting friends, i felt a bit paranoid and i actually thought i had depression until i had a blood test which diagnosed my peri menopause. This was in 2019/20.
