Hi, I am just here looking for some advice as I’ve had brown/red discharge for about 3 weeks now and a funny ‘off’ smell and I don’t know what to do? Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be? Thank you.

A good idea would be see your GP, nobody here can diagnose the problem and it's best to get checked in case it needs immediate treatment.
