Sounds quite like tension which might be caused by anxiety if you're prone to it? Are there any particular times you feel light headed or is it constant? eg. On standing up sometimes makes people a bit light headed.

Might be a silly question but are you eating well? And how long (roughly) has this been going on for?

Sorry, sounds like an interrogation. My daughter has just been referred to hospital because of light headed, dizzy turns. I think they are just being cautious because of her age but it's quite reassuring that they are ruling everything out. These are some of the questions she was asked, and with a wee bit of medical knowledge I could work out why they were asked.

If you are under any particular stress or anxiety at the minute, it could be a sign that things are getting on top of you?

Hope you don't mind all the questions ❤️

3 weeks now i think, though it's mostly constant especially in the night my neck will feel like its closing up and it will feel weird upon my head in random spots.

I think i'm eating well enough.

Sorry about my english as it isn't my first language.

If you have had it for 3 weeks then I would go and see a doctor just to get checked over properly.

Sounds a little bit like anxiety.
