But I also have been dealing with a lot of
stress
. Like dealing with some relationship issues, job issues, and just feeling overwhelmed. I also had a few doctors appointments, and that always get my
stress
high.

Exercise can reduce cortisol leading to benefits and meditation offers benefits
"Exercise can reduce
stress
and anxiety Exercise has been shown to improve many of the non-motor symptoms of PD, including
stress
and anxiety. Interestingly, a recent article published in the journal Movement Disorders, explored the relationship between exercise,
stress
and PD.

Lexiscan Chemical Stress Test
I contacted the doctors office to ask them if I can have the treadmill
stress
test instead. The answer was no. I’m a 72 y/o female and in good physical shape. I don’t see any reason why I couldn’t have just a regular
stress
test on the treadmill.

Stress of studies
Did the toxic
stress
of studies cause my mental health problems or due to po*n usage? I took constant
stress
and overstudied from 5th std to 10th std and 11 th and 12th. Btw I also practiced guitar (am a guitarist) and also hung out with friends when I could. Went to school regularly upto 10 grade.

Musings on stress relievers – I know what might help to alleviate stress, but why don’t I do them?
A great comfort and
stress
reliever. I'm a "cat person" but unfortunately we can't have one here (rural Australia) due to too many snakes and other wildlife.

You can arrange fast appointments if hospital waiting rooms make you fatigued.
I explained about the issue with getting sensory overload, fatigue,
stress
and how with this I found it hard to communicate with the doctor. I said that all they seem to see is the
stress
and anxiety. "Ok", the OT said "we'll get that sorted".

College Stress
How do you deal with all the
stress
of college. They give so many small assignments and it’s so hard to keep track of my assignments because so far I’m not doing well.
