Hi, Has anyone in this group had a
pacemaker
fitted? If so how was the procedure for you? What age were you? Did you recover quickly and how has it improved your health /life now. Thankyou

pacemaker download lead noise
I recently had
pacemaker
routine download, I’ve a dual chamber
pacemaker
with St Jude leads that have been in for 12 years. Generator changed last year. At annual download reported that have detected lead noise. When I asked what this is was told it can sometimes indicate issue with the leads.

worried
I have to have one of my leads replaced in my dual
pacemaker
and I am very worried, had
pacemaker
2 years and that has also got to be replaced. I’m 68 with a myriad of health problems including brain seizures, bleeds on brain, copd.

Has anyone been offered a
Pacemaker
implant for Paroxysmal AF and not had it done? What has happened as a result and have you been offered the procedure again. I was supposed to have my implant done in February but was too scared to have it done. Please tell me your stories.

Pacemaker response
Recently went for a Cpex test and been informed that my
pacemaker
shows little/no rate response. Anyone know what this actually means and what effect it would have? I get breathless, very tired, weak, very cold, no energy and difficulty just carrying out everyday tasks.
