over the years I have done yoga in many different studios but it did very little for me. Before ptsd it was the key to my happiness, and after my body was too tense and stuck in fight or flight to let the postures in. This kind of yoga is what I need. Enjoy

yoga doesn’t work for everyone. I went to trauma informed yoga and I found it hard getting on the floor and for poses that required me to be on my knees I couldn’t do because of my knee replacement so I gave up on it.
