Constant fatigue

I don’t know if anyone else suffers badly with this or whether it’s even related since my endo has been lasered out but I am constantly fatigued. I only have to go to the local shops and will need a nap. I sleep around 8 hours every night but need a few hours during the day to feel remotely human and if I do much as sit down my eyes drop. I’ve been to the doctors and they took bloods but found nothing wrong and aren’t really interested now. Any ladies also suffering or have anything that could help?

I'm sorry to hear about your fatigue. I can completely understand where you're coming from. I have been told endo can causes tiredness that's what my Dr put it down to.

Even though I haven't been diagnosed with endo my Dr is pretty much treating me as though I have it because all my symptoms match up 100%.

I have found that the fatigue is one of the worst symptoms I have it's been so bad that I often find myself sleeping for 15 hours at a time. It's like living with a constant flu feeling tired and run down all the time. I have also had my bloods done and they are all fine. Saddly I haven't found a way of helping it yet but I am being extra careful on what I eat to see if it makes any difference.

I really hope you find a way of helping it! It's horrible knowing other women are going through this. Xxx

I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone feel like a constant zombie and caffeine irritates my Ibs and makes me ill so can’t even use that either.

Sorry to hear about your problems hope you get a solution soon. Xx

Hi, I can relate to this, especially tied in to a flare up. I started to use berocca which is full of b vitamins to help energy release. I feel like it does help to an extent. I’ve found since I started more effective pain killersit has helped as pain is draining.

I actually am quite lucky that I don’t suffer with much pain anymore. (Bc means I only have four periods a year which massively helps) I tried berroca myself and I didn’t see much affect and I tried b12 vitamins but nothing there either.

Hopefully will find a solution soon. Glad you are feeling better though.

I think I will have to pick up some iron tablets then as I haven’t tried them and at this point will try anything to help.

So glad you’re feeling less tired xx

I suffer with this and it became worse after my endometriosis was lasered off in May, it got so bad I had to go from full time to reduced hours at work. I have found it has improved slightly the past month as I’ve been working on reducing my stress but I’m still fatigued.

Endometriosis is quite simply a bastard

Big hugs xx

Stress definitely makes everything tiring. I’m sorry to hear you’ve suffered so much you have had to cut down at work. It really is a bastard it drives me mad.

Big hugs back xx
