trying again...

Hi ladies,

My partner and I are going to start trying for a baby again but was hoping to get some advice on things I can do to increase the chances of me getting pregnant. I've had 2 misscarriages and have said to my partner if I lose another baby I won't try again (I can't put myself through anymore heartache). So this is pretty much the last chance. Is there anything you recommened me doing?

Personally I would cut down /out caffeine. There’s evidence it contributes to early miscarriage.

It’s fairly rare to have more than two miscarriages so I have every hope for you that you will not have to suffer again xx

Thank you very much Lizzie - I hope to god I don't have to go through another miscarriage. I don't think I could bare losing another baby but I am willing to take that risk. I hope you are well x

Hi I haven't got any advice as I haven't tried for a baby yet, but all I want to say is I really hope it works out for you fall pregnant! Good luck for the future and don't give up hope if you can't conceive naturally there are so many other options. Don't give up x

Thank you very much Christina - I hope to god I get pregnant asap and the baby is nice and healthy. I don't think I could cope with losing another baby but I am willing to try just one more time. Hope your well x
