Some time ago I read a piece of research on the effect of a person having unknown food allergies and the effect of it on BP and heart rate It involved taking BP and heart rate before rising and then every 30 mins in a day.

It gave the expected variations and results that might indicate a good intolerance.

This was in the days before I made a note of the research papers that interest me.

Is there anyone who knows of this piece of research

Thank you for this. It isn't what I originally read but does confirm the idea that mild food allergies can cause heart problems.

This is worth sending off to my friend. Much better than my cryptic notes.

The one I read was looking at heart failure where there had not been any indication of heart problems. As part of the report It gave the method of taking BP before rising , then before eating then every half hour after eating. It gave the expected norms and possible exceptions.

Thank you. That is very useful to me as many foods can badly affect my PD and/or the efficacy of my meds.
