baclofen appears to have side effects

nhs.uk/medicines/baclofen/s...

mayoclinic.org/drugs-supple...

"Used for centuries as a medicinal herb, Chamomile is another common remedy for naturally relaxing muscles. Studies show that chamomile flowers have terpenoids and other properties which may aid in muscle spasm, inflammation, and more."

"Side effects are uncommon and may include nausea, dizziness, and allergic reactions. Rare cases of anaphylaxis (a life-threatening allergic reaction) have occurred in people who consumed or came into contact with chamomile products."

I used baclofen for back spasams which cleared up so I don't use this medicine currently. But I get botox every 3 months. This coupled with my meds keeps dystonia away. Some times my foot cramps up before I take my first morning dose of C/L (Rytary) but ones my meds kick in I never have dystonia. I think botox is the answer but it is expensive. It is covered in my case by medicade.
