Hi This is my latest blood results and I'm aware they have been rising consistently now for over a year as well as having skin papuals which indicate cll Involvement along with SSL . My consultant indicated it may be time to switch meds and will see me again in two months whilst he talks to MDT and dermatology.
What does anyone make of my latest blood results.
Lymphocyte. 15.1
Platelets. 142
Neutrophils. 45
WBC. 21.6
Blood HB 143
Your blood test results look adequate for someone with CLL/SLL, presuming your neutrophil count is a very good 4.5, not 45. (The difference between' CLL' and 'SLL' was arbitrarily agreed to be differentiated by the threshold of a lymphocyte count of 5.0, so you are definitely in the CLL zone.)
You mentioned 3 months ago that your lymphocyte count has been rising for 14 months healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo... so it's good to know that a transition is planned for you. It's important that you remain on ibrutinib until that transition.
