Decision making makes me so terribly ill. Would it be best to avoid these situations?

Making decisions when you suffer from anxiety is difficult because your mind exaggerates the consequences of making the wrong decision. So discuss the decision you need to make with some sensible person you can trust and listen carefully to their advice.

I am the happiest person but unable to function when anxious.

I will discuss my situation with a trusted colleague as it is work related.
