sleep aid
just sharing a link that is a new product helpful for sleep. It was recommended by a very well know integrative doctor in California. I am not recommending it for restless legs, but my sister and her husband say it helps with sleep. https://lifewave.com

Taking hours to fall asleep
I thought about asking for a
sleep
aid
from GP but didn't want to take anything that would aggrevate RLS. I have never taken any sleep aids or narcotics in my life. Does anyone have any suggestions for a
sleep
aid
that doesn't aggrevate RL and hopefully not be addictive. Thanks in advance

Hopefully this
sleep
aid
will help get me through this process. There has been a small study .. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38246901/ I would be interested to know if anyone else has experience with this medication - good or bad? May be helpful to others?

I prefer to start at this low dose - partly since, for me, Zopiclone has been a reasonably effective
sleep
aid
as long as not taken daily. I assume the Gabapentin won’t resolve the warm feet issue that usually signals that start of my RLS symptoms.

- it sort of helps. If anyone could tell me their experiences with getting good sleep, I would appreciate.

Cannabis to aid sleep
I struggle to get to sleep at night. Not sure if its connected to my HF / HCM but I am always knackered. I have tried a good stiff malt, boring books and even self hypnosis but nothing has worked so far. Would [Removed] CBD Gummy Bears be a solution? [Removed] What do you think?
