Sunlight
So I concluded that I had
SAD
(
seasonal
affective
disorder
). Yet, I am not a depressed person, far from it! I went out an bought a sun light to put on my desk. I look into it for a few minutes in the morning on cloudy days and even in the afternoons on those days. I think it's working for me.

spasmonal (alverine citrate for constipation
hi has anyone tried this for constipation as I’m still struggling with constipation which leans on my bowel due to long redundant loops if my bowel. Apparently Spasmonal helps with spasms for the bowel and uterus I haven’t got a uterus anymore but might help bladder spasms too?? But I’m wary as I thought

COVID between cycles and impact on egg quality ... Any knowledge/ experience?
Hey all - so I was meant to start my next cycle of IVF in 3 weeks time. I have been so healthy; haven't caught a cold or even a sniffle for the past 12 months but have somehow managed to pick up COVID from somewhere. I've had 3 vaccines and COVID once before but am still testing very positive 6 days

Abilify
Hi Everyone.....I have severe anxiety and depression (at least that the diagnosis we're going with now) and I'm taking 450 mg. of Wellbutrin. I shake almost all the time, more so when I'm stressed. My psychiatrist had me add 5 mg. of Abilify a few weeks ago. He just increased the Abilify to 10 mg.

Stimulation period and exercise
Hello everyone,I am doing IVF through the NHS and I am now waiting for the next stage which is ovarian stimulation. Depression sucks
I have been struggling for two year. In the last two years I have been hospitalized 5 times. I found that ECT/shock therapy, is the only thing that helps. So I started about a month ago feeling better and the depression was lifting. So I changed my ECT to every other week and it was going well, however

Scared
Good morning.....I'm feeling a lot of fear today. I'm going up on my Wellbutrin as well as adding Abilify, and I'm super anxious about what it's gonna do to me. I know a lot of you may have similar fears when changing meds.....trying to stay positive and hopeful. Thanks for being there !

psychosis
anyone ever experience delusions or hallucinations during an episode? I did two years ago, it was really traumatizing and i don’t think I’ve recovered. My doctor tries to reassure me that it was medication induced but I still can’t cope. Any suggestions or tips would be really helpful. I regressed so

worn out
I am just worn out. I have battled anxiety my whole life. I’ve been to several different therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care. They all seem to help at first, but then give up on me. The last med is zoloft and Abilify. I quit the Abilify cause it kept me awake all night. They won’t change me from

there will be times I will feel good like a month to 3 months where everything is normal for me. Then I will get hit out of nowhere being sluggish, depressed some, anxiety kicks in, irritable, body kinda sore. This will last for a few days to a week or 2 and then it diminishes. I’m being psychologically
