Rutin Food supplement Claudification in legs
Does anybody have any information re the use of the above, in particular in relation to pad, atrial fabrillation, etc when on beta blockers, blood pressure tablets, apixaban, statins? Does it help anyway with claudification in the legs? Any practical advice suggestions?

Apparently
Rutin
is very rich in flavinoids which can help health in many ways. My husband and I ( both over 70) used to get leg cramps every week or two especially at night, since taking
rutin
we no longer have cramps. I think it took several months to really make a difference.

“Careful is when you get hurt”
Followed by resveratrol, then quercetin with
rutin
dead last in terms of dissolving the berberine. I hope you can read the names below the cups. Pepper is the furtherest one on right.

This neuroprotective effect of MCE might be attributed to the presence of identified phytoconstituents quercetin,
rutin
, and scopoletin and also other unidentified constituents [10].

Does topical retinoic acid effect the thyroid??
I believe that 25 years of daily topical Retin a has had an effect on my ability to convert t4 to active t3 based on my blood work. I do not have an autoimmune disorder. Wondering if it has something to do with retinol binding receptors and thyroid receptors?? Any ideas!????

Found this article on healthy eating forum so thought I would pass it on
Rutin
appears to be able to attack both types of clot. More human studies are necessary, but
rutin
may one day soon be used to create inexpensive medicine for blood clots. In the meantime, keep eating those onions.

Bioflavonoids
I've taken
rutin
for years and years, but at the time my CNV/AMD started I was using a particularly cheap product. I just looked the subject up and found that there's a more potent derivative of
rutin
called troxerutin. https://goo.gl/UcXyWR Has anyone been advised to take bioflavonoids?

Iv`e read that taking
rutin
supplements is supposed to strengthen veins & help haemoroids. The thing that I`m wondering about is, is it safe to take it long term?

Embarrassing question
In my pre-Warfarin days, I took
Rutin
which worked wonderful but can only find one or 2 articles online about it. One says it decreases INR the other says it increases it. My doctor and INR nurse have no idea.

Can Anxiety Cause a Hallucination?
A year and a half ago I bought some Retin A on line for a wrinkle on my forhead, used it maybe 6 times in 2 weeks and my skin was like a wet sponge. If I touched it, it indented and stayed and the skin peeled off my nose completely. I don't know if it was that or an ingrown hair on my arm, but I developed

The fact that it is widely used as food implies a certain degree of safety. [2] (2011, Nigeria) "Nigerian foodstuffs with prostate cancer chemopreventive polyphenols" "Chlorogenic acid,
rutin
, quercetin glucoside, kaempferol rhamnoglucoside, procyanidins" A bit flimsy.
