blue lips side effect olaparib
I’ve just started olaparib maintenance therapy following debunking and chemo that finished in January. I have started to get blue lips. My only other side effects are joint pain (helped by onega 3 and exercise) and mild nausea. Has anyone else had blue lips? Is it serious?

Is it the time for initial treatment?
As I previously stated, my wife was diagnosed with CLL in 2020. Her markers are 13q deletion, 12 trisomy, and TP53, with IGHV muted. She is still in W&W form. So far, I've learned via reading literature and numerous posts about lymphocyte doubling time, lactate dehydrogenase, and lymph nodes. Her lymphocyte

Chondocalcitis incurable?
At least that's how I think it's spelt. It's a specialised form of RA and I have it in my left knee (along with normal RA in shoulders, elbows, wrists and fingers. It's also called Pseudogout but as the crystals in Chondocalcitis are calcium they can't be dispersed as the uric acid crystals in ordinary

This week I will hit the 3 month blinding period date! I remain in Normal sinus rhythm and will be able to discontinue my Eliquis! However 3 nights ago I began to have PAC’s. Today I recorded them pretty consistently 3-6 per minute. So bummed as I haven’t really even been aware of my heart beat in last

Generic Apixaban
Greetings! The US insurance I have for Medicare recipients increased the Eliquis price by about $900 for 2024. That puts my total price for the year, including the deductible, at about $2,000. I simply can't afford it so I'm considering alternatives. Does anyone in the UK have experience with the

Questions about epinephrine
If one has been recently diagnosed with Afib and goes to the dentist and has been told not to take any shots with epinephrine, what are the other alternatives and just exactly how effective are the alternatives? Thanks.

Finally got Ruxolinitib
Today I picked up my first ruxolinitib tablets, to start on Monday, after the last blood tests are back from the lab. This has been a marathon of nearly a years effort, to get access to Rux. I will start 20 Mg twice a day and 1 x 300 mg of Allopurinol. I have been surprised to start with this fairly

Any suggestions?
Any help for permanent afib after having three cardioversions which worked for the past two years last one only lasted two weeks. Taken off Multaq and on Lopressor 100 am & pm plus eliquis. Told ablation would more than likely not be successful. Should I get a second opinion. Do not feel that great

I was diagnosed with ET with jak2 about 5 years ago, my platelets aren’t bad at all only 790 at last count, so am only on mini aspirin at present. Multaq?
Well, I am still dealing with post-procedure Pericarditis and taking Colchicine, but my Atrial Tachycardia and PACs are steadily increasing, happening during the say when they are just at night. My EP has recommended Multaq as a new one to try. The list has been long of what we have tried and failed.

Obinutuzimab - anyone get nauseous?
So I’m hoping to begin my obin infusions this week - just curious why they prescribed two different nausea pills Zophan and Compazine along with the allopurinol. I thought Obin is well tolerated - has anyone been nauseous and vomiting with this infusion? I start the Venetoclax ramp up on week 3.
