These include: –desvenlafaxine (Pristiq® ) –levomilnacipran (Fetzima® ) –selegiline (
Emsam
® ) –vilazodone (Viibryd® ) Has anyone ever had experience with any of these medications for their OCD symptoms? If so, how was your experience? Thank you, in advance, for your feedback.

Emsam or/and Ativan for anxiety and depression?
I have most of the side symptoms of the
Emsam
now without taking it. Ativan has to be ingested. Back to thinking about
Emsam
. It might help and it might make those side effects miserable.

Emsam/Maois for depression
Do you have helpful info. for me/us in this group to decide about taking Adivan (I've ingested every med on the market in the past 4 yrs. 97% keep me feeling sick.) or going for the
Emsam
and risking "significant interactions?" Either way is a risk of more sick feelings.

Tyramine Diet Anyone?
i just increased my
Emsam
dosage from 6 mg to 9mg. the new patch came with a dietary warning. i cant eat any tyramine rich foods and need to decrease/avoid caffeine. tyramine is an amino acid by product (the amino acid it comes from is tyrosine).

Is anyone else allergic to Sinemet?
Right now I use a combination of long acting Requip (Ropinirol) and a transdermal
Emsam
(Selegeline) patch. Both have their drawbacks (vertigo, dehydration, localized paresthesia) but so far I feel they manage my symptoms well without completely destroying my quality of life.

ECT electroconvulsive therapy... used to be called electro shock therapy
I have been back to my Psychiatrist and reported no improvement in depression/anxiety with
Emsam
patch-selegiline. This is after numerous attempts with SSRI's and SNRI's. He wants to try lamactil which is used for bipolar and seizures thinking I might be bipolar.

Anyone have experience with Emsam?
It was good with him prescribing a patch called
Emsam
, a selegiline MAOI. I think it is like Azilect. Any comments or observations? Thanks
