SHARING A SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE
You have to complement the treatment with everything that serves each one, you have to try (not everything works for everyone), from heavy blankets to Chinese herbs, Cannabis, Kratom, acupuncture,
Electrotherapy
, TMS, etc. etc.

transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) or cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) device for OCD/Anxiety?
Has anyone tried an at home transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) or cranial
electrotherapy
stimulation (CES) device for OCD/Anxiety (for ex. The Fisher Wallace Stimulator, Alpa-Stim , TheBrainDriver, etc.)? If so, can you please share you experiences? Thanks!

Adverse life events, depression, venlafaxine (once loved but now hated) and cranial electrotherapy
And I'm trying a device called the alpha-stim-AID (cranial
electrotherapy
). It uses very low level currents - thus not like ECT I hasten to add. I'd be glad to hear any comments on my post

Cranial Electro Stimulation (CES)
Have a read: http://www.psychiatrictimes.com/electroconvulsive-therapy/rise-cranial-
electrotherapy
For pain: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3127367/ CES is a FDA licenced treatment in the USA. You can buy commercial devices: http://www.alpha-stim.com/ Check the prices, no thanks.

Alpha wave electrotherapy?
So my therapist suggested this device that you clip to your ears and it somehow changes the alpha waves in your brain to treat pain, mental illness, insomnia etc. I cant find much info about it online but it does sound promising! Has anyone had any experience with it?

Interferential Therapy (IFT)
Anyone tried or interested in this type of
electrotherapy
might like to read the 2015 article by Pr T Watson on this page entitled "Interferential Therapy" It includes contraindications and a list of references but looks as though there are no published studies for pelvic or abdominal pain.
