Counselling
I got to the stage where I’ve reached out and started some
counselling
which I’ll hopefully really benefit from. The reason for this post is to highlight that if anyone is struggling then please reach out and speak to someone, don’t suffer in silence.

I want to get some
counselling
help for my son . He has high anxiety and worry’s about his future and uncertainty . He is 25y now . He also has ADHD . It worries me too much as well . He needs to calm down and relax and not worry so much then he would do much better .

Do you get offered
counselling
? I’ve read that this is NHS advice but haven’t been as yet. Finding it all a bit lonely if I’m honest as everyone around me is pregnant at the moment (not an exaggeration!) so I don’t really have anyone to speak to about it.

TW: Disposal of embryos
The clinic have offered
counselling
but TBH I am not sure what they can say to make it any better. I had
counselling
after my first failed round and it was as much use as a chocolate teapot! Anyone else who is going through/has gone through this - how did you make peace with it? xx

People pleaser.
I’ve had various
counselling
sessions over the years for depression and anxiety. Through this help I’ve found the reasons I people pleasure have developed from my childhood. I don’t hurt anyone by it and most of the time I do it in a honest snd caring way. Is it a bad trait to have as an adult?

Obsessed with being liked.
I’ve had this obsession for many years, I’m on medication and I’ve had numerous
counselling
sessions about. I can feel another bout of coming on the last couple of days. My behaviour changes and I struggle sleeping and constantly ruminate about it.

Counselling
I have recently to be honest yesterday was offered
counselling
with the NHS. I may have to wait a long time and to get it and also will need to be assessed as needing it but I am really pleased. Obviously treatment for mental health is changing and what is being offered as well.

Age, Donor Eggs & Anxiety
Have been advised by the consultant to seek
counselling
offered by the clininc. Yet I was wondering if you wonderful ladies those who have or are already embarking on this donor gamete journey could spare out sometime to share your valuable thoughts.

Two week wait activity suggestions
I have pretty much resigned myself to a negative test/I feel like my period is definitely about to happen BUT we had our first
counselling
session this morning and they were wonderful and suggested trying to find something to occupy my brain in this wait.
