Mebeverine/Colifac and AF
Does anyone here take Merbeverine/
Colofac
for IBS? I started taking it yesterday and noticed a rise in my heart rate. Nothing dangerously high but high for me. The side effects leaflet doesnt suggest any change. Can anyone let me know their experience please?

COLOFAC
I have managed without anything since then, as
Colofac
was the only alternative (I had tried all the other options!). Now, every three or four weeks, I have a terrible time with quite serious impaction (hard, dry, enormous motion) and fear I cannot take much more!

Has anyone tried this. Been taking it two days and doesn’t seem to help. In fact I think the pain is worse.

Mebeverine supply
The pharmacies say they can only get hold of the branded, much more expensive
Colofac
tablets, which they can only prescribe if my GP reissues the prescription. The GP practice is currently refusing to reissue a prescription for

. Thanks

IBS tummy pain unbearable
Nothing seems to help the pain I’ve tried strong painkillers like panadeine forte and endone and also buscopan, colese and
colofac
. Sometimes a heat pack or hot bath takes the edge off but not always and gps and gastro specialists can’t seem to help me!
