I'm waiting for an abdominal ultrasound scan and vaginal scan due to low abdomen pain. Blood and poo tests all ok. Now have what feels like a UTI (very frequent urination, stinging) and was given a 7 day course of Cefalexin 500mg yesterday. Today GP surgery has rung to say no infection in my urine but

Advice needed
Hello - I have been on continuous anti biotic for uni since November 2021 and the infection just won't go. I was reading about the dangers of c difficile and how taking anti biotic puts you in danger of getting this.I also read that you can't take a probiotic with cefalexin as it reduces its effect.

My Orchiectomy Adventure
Then to the pharmacy to pick up two prescriptions, Hydrocodone and
Cephalexin
(an antibiotic). Took one Hydrocodone as I left the pharmacy (about 5:30) and another one a bedtime (11:00). I really didn't need the second Hydrocodone at bedtime, but thought it might help during the night.

Adult 35 year old day 11 post circumcision
I had the sign of infection and started on
Cephalexin
500mg every 6 hr. It dried the incision in 3 days of taking this. Left side is completely normal now with no swelling. Right side wound is in the process of healing. I am worried about why right side incision seems so different than left.

UTI's
Hi my daughter is 5 years old and received a kidney from her mother in Jan 2019. For the last 18months or so she has been having repeated UTI's every month. This always results in hospital admission to be treated with IV meropenem (10days). Culprit is usually a klebsiella and she goes home with prophylactic
