Brukinsa side effects
My husband (50) has been on
Brukinsa
for 6 months. Initially did really well on it. Recently the last few weeks he seems to be going backwards. Extreme fatigue, bloody noses, and night sweats which he hasn’t had in 6/7 years. Any insight to what might be going on?

Hello HealthUnlocked family:Is anyone out there aware of the medication named
Brukinsa
, which contains the ingredient zanubrutinib; apparently it is a medication that can control the btk protein that is generated by the kind of Lymphoma that I have, which is WM.

Grant to cover cost of brukinsa
Does anybody (in the USA) know if grant money used to cover medication (
Brukinsa
) needs to be listed as income on my tax return? I have no idea who provided the grant money because the speciality pharmacy handled it.

FIRST WEEK ON ZANUBRUTINIB (BRUKINSA)
I started on
Brukinsa
(Zanubrutinib) on January 1, so yesterday was eight days of full dose. My dose is two 80 mg pills twice a day. So far no side effects that I'm aware of. I haven't had any of the typical side effects yet, nor any serious ones either.

Pre-Mutation stage so just started
Brukinsa

Brukinsa
and what has been your experience. So, if you have any input please let me know how you are doing.

high WBC count with Brukinsa
My Partner’s white blood cell count has continued to grow since he started
Brukinsa
. The count has increased from around 25,000 to over 72,000. The doctor thinks this is fine. My partner and I do not. Has anyone had this experience or can explain this?

Brukinsa/Zanubrutinib slow working at present time
I started treatment in early May with Zanubrutinib but because of severe stomach pain with it and acyclovir stopped it after 6 weeks so that an endoscopy could be done. Wbc started at 212,000 and went up to 300,000 in 2 1/2 weeks. 2 weeks later down to 165,000. The time off was almost 3 weeks. Started

I'm wondering if anyone in this group is under treatment with the new generation of BTK inhibitor/
Brukinsa
/ Zanubrutiniband is still able to take levothyroxine and T3 with no change in thyroid blood results.? Thanks for your help.

Calquence / acalabrutinib and Brukinsa / zanubrutinib Adverse Event Comparison for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia / CLL from clinical trials
Now that we have a growing choice of BTK inhibitor treatment options, naturally the question is which one is better? Based on this meta-analysis study of the incidence of 84 Adverse Events (AEs) reported in 61 clinical trials involving nearly 7,000 patients, that question should be better framed as

Anyone with AF got any experience with taking either Zanubrutinib or R&V
Initially my consultant was happy to start me on Zanubrutinib (
Brukinsa
) the following day but subsequently he called me to tell me that following discussions with his other CLL colleagues their advice was that because of my AF then the R&V treatment would be a less riskier and more suitable option.

Blurred vision with Zanubrutinib (Brukinsa)
I wonder whether anybody who has been taking the recently-approved drug Zanubrutinib (
Brukinsa
) has experienced blurred vision? I started on the drug two months ago after having been obliged to stop Ibrutinib because it caused an ocular edema, the symptom of which was blurred vision.
