Brilique (ticagrelor) 60mg
Since this time heavily medicated and still on the same drugs since September 2020 without any review.I was told I would be on
Brilique
for four years and this will then stop. This has not happened and I continue to take them.

Dry skin on blood thinners
I have already written about my horrible bruising due to
Brilique
but this morning I noticed something else wrong with my skin. I had my heart attack in September and other self health checks I put on hold.

Bruises
Had a heart attack in September and am taking bisoprolol, ramipril, eplerenone and
brilique
. Had a check up with my GP during the week and showed her my legs and arms as they are covered in deep purple bruises and she said I will now bleed for England.

Nose bleeds
I take 1.25mg bisoprolol, 12mg eplerenone, 2.5mg ramipril and 2 x 90mg
brilique
. Has any member experienced this side effect before and, if so, how did you resolve it. I don't want to drip blood onto my Christmas Dinner. Thank you for any advice you can give me.

Any ideas?
I only noticed it this afternoon and can't remember banging it at all but wondered if is caused by my blood thinners
Brilique
. I was on Clopidogrel previously. There is no pain but quite colourful. As I said I'll leave it a few days and if it doesn't improve I'll seek medical advice. Ta.

Brilique and breathlessness
When I had my stents fitted about 3 weeks ago they changed my blood thinner from clopidogrel to aspirin and
Brilique
and have been told I'll remain on both of these for a year. I have been so lucky in that even with my cocktail of tablets I have not suffered any side effects......until now.

Ticagrelor (Brilique)
Following a third stenting procedure , and two previous MI's, I have been prescribed Ticagrelor 90mg for one year followed by Ticagrelor 60mg for the rest of my life. This seems contrary to NICE guidelines which say Ticagrelor should be stopped after 3 years. Should I question this with the consultant

Constant bleeding being ignored by docs
I have always had issues with my periods, heavy bleeding and bleeding between periods which has always been shrugged off by numerous doctors as "just one of those things that happen to some people" however over the last 6 months I have had some type of bleeding almost daily, it ranges from spotting to

Pill causing more pain?
Hi all. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I started Cilique at the end of September and things were grand, apart from the mood swings and general low mood. Around 4 weeks ago I started spotting (I’m running the packs together as advised by my consultant) and since then the bleeding

Can combination birth control pills make your period longer when you first take it?
I have just started taking cilique contraceptive pills and started it on the first day of my period. I am now on day 7 and still have bright red bleeding, not heavy but still very much there. I usually have 4-5 day periods. I'm worried this is something serious or is this a side effect of birth control

Any advice on finding the right pill
Hi girls, I had a diagnosis lap a month ago and they found small traces of endometriosis in my pelvis, I haven’t had my full results back yet but my GP told me the best way I can help is to be on a back to back contraceptive pill so I’m not having as many periods. I’ve been on cilique at the moment and

Lifelong meds
I'm taking Ramipril, Amlodipine,
Brilique
/Ticagrelor, Atrovastatin and Aspirin. I understand that I can come off the Ticagrelor after a year and will take Aspirin indefinitely. Does anyone have any idea about the others please? I will be going to my GP soon but have to wait for an appointment.
