RLS and surgery
Because I take
Belbuca
, I will not be able to use opioids post-op. Anti nausea meds were listed as causing some of the symptoms. Is Zofran ok?

Belbuca and post surgical pain.
I currently take
Belbuca
for RLS. I have taken Mirapex and Rotigotine with horrible augmentation symptoms upon stopping. I have also taken Gabapentin with terrible side effects. I also have tried several opioids in the past. I have taken
Belbuca
for the past several years.

Belbuca vs. Suboxone
I’m in the US (CA). I’ve been on Suboxone for two months and it handles my RLS quite well. I’m currently taking about .4 mg (1/5 of a 2mg strip) nightly. I’ve gotten over the tiredness that arose for the first month or so, but the constipation is no fun. I’ve read one study that says buccal applications

moving to Eastern Europe
I’m wondering what meditation is available for restless legs in Europe and how enlightened Eastern Europe may be as to the use of
Belbuca
. I’m currently on 2 mg Neupro and 800 mg of Gabapentin. But I have used both
Belbuca
and Methadone in the past.

Trying to get off Belbuca
I’ve been on
Belbuca
for almost three years now. 456 micrograms. I have moved to Mexico. As far as I can see
Belbuca
is not possible here. Every time I try to whittle it down I get very bad insomnia and restless arms and fingers.

help with side effects of Belbuca
I switched from oxycodone 5 mg once a day which I have been taking for the past 4 years to
Belbuca
( Buprenorphine buccal film) 75 mcg one at bedtime about 6 days ago, the first two days
Belbuca
was very effective relieving all the signs and symptoms of my RLS.

unable to tolerate side effects from Bulbuca
I switch from oxycodone 5 mg to
Belbuca
(Buprenorphine buccal film) 375 mcg with very unpleasant side effects, such as continued thigh muscles and calf muscle ache and weakness and nausea and insomnia. Even with 375 mcg I still experience RLS symptoms during the daytime.

Rock and a Hard Place
Belbuca
(buprenorphine) is said to be a "much safer" opioid with far fewer side effects, but ... one of its side effects is breathing issues. I do not know where to turn, because without the drugs, as all of you know, one doesn't sleep!

Trying Buprenorphine after methadone
B recommends the
Belbuca
form (film on inside of cheek), citing fewer side effects, lower dosages needed, easier to use. However, my neurologist has no experience with that. He is in Dr. Winkleman's lab at MGH here in Boston, and I believe Dr. W. himself also has no experience with
Belbuca

Temgesic - letter to the Consultant - raising the profile
He uses
Belbuca
which is a film to apply in the inside of the mouth, but this is not available in my country. The important thing is the active ingredient which is Buprenorphine. It tends to make the least side effects of all opioids and is therefore preferred by Dr. Buchfuhrer and others.

Ha anyone tried the new drug Belbuca?
My Doctor prescribed this drug to help my restless legs. It really helps but it costs $400.00 a month. I can only afford one more month of this.

Dr Buchfuhrer is Awesome!
Dr B put me on 175 micrograms of
Belbuca
and our plan was to reduce the Neupro slowly till it got back down to 2 mg. After one week I m already down to 3 mugs and haven’t had any problems sleeping. I’ve had very minor restless legs symptoms but nothing like the past.

Morphine equivolency
I haven't had any luck mainly due to the
Belbuca
. You're good at this so thought you might be able to find the info. Right now he has me back on the
Belbuca
300mg TID, Tapendatol 75mg 5x/day and has added 15 mg morphine sulfate tabs ER 1-2 x's a day as a bridging medication.
