CHANGE OF BIOLOGIC TREATMENT
Hello, I have had Rheumatoid arthritis since my late 30s (77 now). I had several biologic treatments , some of which did not really control the RA well… The best biologic was Enbrel (Etanercept) weekly injections. It gave me my life back for 14 years until I had my second knee replacement operation

ITP, Need your help
In May 2016, some purpura and Petechia was observed in my legs, to know about it I did CBC. CBC report showed that Platelets of my blood had reached about 47,000 and by passage of 20 days it decreased and reached to 10,000. Beside this I had heavy bleeding and Epistaxis along with purpura. I stated

Hey everyone, sorry this is a really obvious question just want to be sure🤣 what do you take with you to hospital? Is there anything in particular and what would you suggest wearing for the car journey home after surgery? Thank you🩷

Following on from my previous post when I was eventually (after 6months) diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma of my lower left lobe, I had surgery 3 weeks ago to remove the lobe - called a Lobectomy. I’d just like to say even though the lobe was ‘sticky’ and therefore the surgery took 4.5hours, which was longer

Off Topic - when Dougal met Eric!!
Hi everyone When Dougal met Eric! I had a chance meeting with another Maltipoo owner in my local town last year, whose dog ended up being Dougal’s brother. Made even more unbelievable as Eric and his owners lived 100 miles away and were just up at the coast on holiday. Well today they both met for

Help with results and my doctor
HI I've been having challenges with my doctor, who won't listen to me despite some great articles and advice from this group. Back in November my TSH level was 4.83 (range 0.35 to 4.94) and T4 14.0 (range 9 - 19.05). I was on 50mg of levothyroxine for my UAT diagnosed in Sept 23. She refused to listen

Help with results please 🙏
Hi, been Hashimotos/hypothyroid about 10 years. Was always on 225mg. Since perimenopause they've dropped me to 150 which I was reluctant but had to do. Stayed like this for 3 years but new Dr, new results - she wants to drop me again. Trying to balance HRT to help all pain and symptoms. Scared of how

Nerve damage
Since my carpal tunnel, cubitunnel and median nerve surgery 2 years ago, I have experienced horrible, constant seeking nerve pain in my left arm. My hand is deformed and I have no use of my arm and hand. After 2 hand surgeons, 2 PT's and a neurologist, all of whom said there was nothing they could do
