change of Levo from Accord/Actavis to Vencamil
I posted back in August about 100mcgm Accord/
Actavis
levothyroxine
as I was feeling pretty awful. My Blood results showed that my T4 result was only 32% through range. Normally it would be around 65% through range. I also take 15mcgm Sigma Pharma liothyronine.

Levo Dosage Help
Dear all, Please can I seek your advice on Levothyroxine dosage? I realise now that I haven’t really helped myself with the approach that I have taken to my medication dosage changes, but I’m new to this and am learning! Following diagnosis of Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism, I was advised by my GP to

Change dosage?
I’m currently taking levothyroxine - 75 4 days a week and 100 3 days a week. Latest test results are T4 17.3 (range 11-21.2) and TSH 2.43 (range 0.27-4.2). These numbers seem much more in line with similar numbers this time last year and I’m having all the same symptoms. Last year my dose was increased

DON'T Take Levothyroxine with a Full Glass of Water!
This study https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12020-024-03829-w finds that taking levothyroxine with a sip of water reduces the amount of levothyroxine needed. I believe the recommendation to take levothyroxine with a full glass of water is to avoid the tablet becoming stuck in the oesophagus

Suppressed TSH again!
I have an appointment with my endo tomorrow and I have just got a print out of my NHS test results ( only TSH and T4 tested). I followed all recommended protocol for this test which was at 9am. I currently take Levothyroxine (Teva) of 100mcg. I have Hashimotos (diagnosed about 5 years ago) TSH: 0.20
