I have just had my 5th monthly prostap. My hips, knees, shoulders even my elbows are so painful. I'm due to stay on the injections for a year will it be like this after every injection

Take collagen lovely and cod liver oil (a good one). Xx it's the lack of estrogen that causes it.

Morning, I'm on decapeptyl jabs which read similar I'm on my second six months course and I ache in all those places too it's so hard to sleep and get comfy. My first course wasn't as bad as this I'm sure. Not sure if that helps.

I’m on Zoladex which I think is similar and had this after my 2nd jab, haven’t had it since and I’m now on my 8th. I do get some aching but that month was awful, I could barely move one night, everything hurt and felt like it was locking up. It eased off after a few days so I put it down to things flaring up. See how it goes in the next few days but if you’re still suffering flag it to your doctor in case they can help x
