I've just finished a 6 month course of prostap with no add back hrt. I had a pretty rough time on prostap alone, apparently I was supposed to be prescribed hrt alongside but never was, and in order to carry on my consultant has now added in tibilone. I thought the prostap was bad but my goodness I feel awful on the tibilone! I'm about 2 weeks in and I feel so tired, either too hot or freezing all the time, overly emotional and everything hurts, particularly my legs. My endo pain is back as bad as ever and I have sciatic pain and can't walk longer than 10 minutes without having to stop.
I have stage 4 endo and adeno and all this is to decide whether or not to have a hysterectomy. I definitely don't want it if this is how it will be! My consultant said I would feel better within a few days but I feel so much worse. Is this normal?

Sorry to hear this Same as you. Was on prostap for 6 months without being told i needed to have hrt add back. I felt absolutely vile. Horrific. I had to stop. I ballooned overnight quite literaally. I had hives. I had servere acne. Mood swings (like scary ones)
It's one never ending battle with hormones isn't it
That sounds horrible. I hope that things settle down. Any hormone changes do take time (my symptoms improved as I adjusted to a similar combination). But if it really isn't tolerable, do talk to your consultant - don't suffer in silence!
