Hi ravneet24. I follow the group "Anxiety and Depression Support" on Health Unlocked and have found that there are some great, caring and supportive people on there. I hope that helps!

Suggestions for some forums here. Some of these groups might have in-person groups near you, or could help.

1) NAMI National Alliance on Mental Illness on web and Facebook

2) DBSA the Depression and Bipolar Support Association

3) GROW support for anyone with emotional or psychiatric issues

I belong to three Facebook groups for other issues, and they are great. I know there are many for depression
