What a hero! May he rest in peace knowing how many people his bravery will help.
I also was very sad to hear he died. These early xenotransplants will only be on those with no other options, but I thought his problem was no vascular access so thought he might do well. I hadn't known he also had heart failure. But the process will continue.
May he rest in peace 💗.
He paved the way for others to follow so even though he lost the battle in the future others will do better.
God bless him!!
May he Rest In Peace. At this stage in xenotransplant, every step is a giant step and these people are our heroes.
