I'm going to experiment with my diet.

I'll try to eat 3 meals a day, and around 1,500-1,800 calories a day. I'll eat this between 11:30am and 7pm.

I'll also incorporate 1 hour of exercise into my daily routine.

I will see how this goes, then I will report back to you on the results.

The extra food in my stomach might make me feel as though I weigh more, in terms of what the scales say. I didn't really take this into consideration when I increased my calorie intake before.

But, I read moreless's thread, and I want to try increasing my calorie intake, which may or may not promote weight loss for me.

As of today, I am 20.13½st or about 294.8lbs.

I will keep you all updated.

I do a similar thing and try to not eat after 7pm and can't face breakfast until after 9am. 😊

I also weigh myself first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything as that's when we are lightest 😊

Yes. I always weigh myself in the morning, that's usually the weight I note down.

I try to weigh myself before breakfast and a few minutes after wake up. It also depends on the day (weekends are slower).

Good idea! I suggest you try 1800 for a week and see where it takes you. Be brutally honest about everything that goes in your mouth. Good luck, Jordan.
