Any thoughts please?

My last 3 cycles have been 25/24 and 24. My last period started om the 10th April, lasted 5 days and we had sex on day 4 of my period (13th) according to the app I use, I ovulated on 19th (stupidly never tracked this any other way). I then had cramping most of the day on 26th April (day cycle 17) and the nauseous 29th Arpil (cycle day 20) and then on the 30th (cycle day 21) what I can only describe as back twinges like my back was away to lock but then this disappeared over night. Then on the 2nd May (cycle day 23), I felt nauseous again. Last night , morning of 6th May (cycle day 27), I woke up boiling hot, not sweaty just roasting to the point it made me feel sick. Today I feel like my period is starting againz cramps on and off, no other symptoms apart from feeling hot.and back ache like my period is coming. I took a test last week but think it could be an evap line, i know my only answer is to test but I can't get one until tomorrow and just wondered if anyone could offer any help until then, I am concerned with how hot I feel, temp wise, thank you for reading.
