15g twice a day was very specifically NOT a clinical recommendation. It was the dose used in published clinical trials to substitute high C/L doses. SUBSTITUTE not SUPPLEMENT.

15g is A LOT of levadopa - about 1000mg. That's the equivalent of 2 sinemet 25/100 IF YOU TOOK NO CARBIDOPA.

If you are also taking sinemet or generic C/L that is a potentially massive dose of ldopa. Little wonder you are noticing a benefit. Don't be too surprised if you develop ldopa side effects

Yes

15g of Mucuna at 7% levadopa is 15000*7/100 = 1050mg of levadopa (just over a gram). A sinemet 25/100 has 100mg of levadopa
