I don't use any of these. I visualize my mom in Heaven and the activities she's doing up there.

You're welcome. Yesterday she had her knitting group ("the angelic knitters" is the name). Visualizing all this helps me to feel better.

I still find it restful visiting mum and dad on special dates as i will later this month. So restful. To sit pray and listen. Especially now the hall of remembrance is now open to view the books.

I listen to the poem, "Do not stand at my grave and weep".It gives me so much comfort to know that my mum and dad are around me everywhere.
