Hi everyone 👋 This is the first time I've tried chats online, but I just feel like I have nobody to talk to about how I feel. I'm really struggling with anxiety and depression and having a lot of negative thoughts. Medication does nothing, I can't motivate myself to do anything and I feel completely useless.

I am at the same place you are. I haven’t used a group like this before. I’m tired of the depression anxiety and totally negative thoughts. It’s like I can do nothing to change it. I can’t really help you except to say I understand where you are and you’re not alone.

Hi Will I've tried several antidepressants but they didn't work for me. I have done exposure therapy and it did help with my agoraphobia somewhat. Try everything that is offered to you and hopefully you will get some relief. I know how you feel but it can get better, if not completely x
