Am I in the right group? I had been diagnosed by a psychiatrist as being bipolar . My therapist writes down that I have General Anxiety Disorder . So am I posting to the right group?
Also, what is the difference between a anxiety attack and a panic attack?

anxiety attacks are usually brought on by a trigger panic attacks usually happen out of the blue from what I read but yes you`ll be ok here and in the anxiety group hope that helps.
