So I take 25mg of Doxepin and was prescribed 600mg of Gabapentin last summer. I started doing really well for several months - best I had been in a decade. I had some very unique, no kidding psychosocial stressors around the holidays and got really low and haven't bounced back (derealization, morbid fixation, self hatred, etc). Saw the provider today for first time in four months. What do you think she did or should have done?
