I lake low volume Metastatic PCA. Found in 4 lymph nodes / couple spots on pelvic bones .

I m on 1m mgs Abby 5 mgs Pred, had a shot of Fermigon and start Lupron next week , Radiation starting end of month .

let me know if any suggestions other than a positive attitude? Right now I exercise regularly and feel pretty good outside of hot flashes and sleep deprivation

If you're newly diagnosed, triplet therapy is the standard-of-care:

IMO, it's a mistake to avoid docetaxel at this point.
