If I read the study correctly, then It should be noted that this is only a phase 2 study and it dealt with patients who had less than 3 Mets. Having said that, when my PSA began rising from undetectable on its way up to .37, my MO at MSKCC in NYC, gave me a PSMA which indicated to her that the reason for the PSA increase was likely due to ONE of my 4-5 bone mets. It was radiated and my PSA dropped to undetectable once again for about 6 months or so. It is now back up to .17 after rising for about 18 months. I will be scanned again when it reaches .20 and might get radiated again, depending upon the results of the scan.
