A-Dream iADT Protocol

It has been awhile since my last post. Short story is I responded well to the doublet therapy in Arasec (lupron+daro). MO believes there is some chance my M1B diagnosis at the start was incorrect (he refers to my case as 'discordant' - due to conflicting data - Gleason 6 but some spots lit up on PET PSMA, which started me on this ride).

Am now following the A-Dream protocol (trial closed before I finished out my ADT, so I am not an actual trial participant)

urotoday.com/video-lectures...

I am thankful to all the posts and discussion on iADT on this forum, it is very helpful!

Would like to know if there are any A-Dream participants here.

Like you I am not in the trial but being monitored by my MO. Last lupron shot 12/21 & last abiraterone 6/22. Next month will be 2 years. Still no real testosterone recovery but I feel great. Still <0.01.

I entered the A-Dream trial very early Jan '24. My next set of scans (CT & Bone scan) late June. The trial is very benign..basically just studying my results. Anyone can do a drug holiday on their own should they wish...assuming their MO is guiding things. My results, so far so good. Let's see what new labs and scans have in store for me.
