Thanks for posting this. Seeing the names on the list and recognizing quite a few is a sobering reminder to me that this disease is unrelenting. There are a number of frequent posters to the site that have simply stopped posting or responding and of course it makes me wonder, are they alive. Each PCA brother contributes in some way, whether it's information or encouragement. You have contributed more than most. God bless you and keep you strong.
If you're going to Bakes I know where you will go to finish up. See if they have Caramel Salty Truffle. I'd pair it with some Graham Central Station. Gooood & good for ya!

I've always thought that Healthunlocked should have a memorial page for those who have left us. There are several people I admire so much that I wish I could be them. You are one of them, Randy.
I'm always in a bad mood except when I'm in a good mood. You're afraid of clowns? Way to cure that is to ride in one of those miniature circus cars together with 8 six foot clowns. Be aware if you're in one with the clowns for more than 45 minutes then legally you have to marry one of them (their choice, not yours). If you protest you will have to deal with John Wayne Gacy's double, who was known as Pogo the clown .

Yea I was thinking that too, but I wasn’t too sure about just listing rows of the names of the croaked on a site of brothers trying to avoid that list. lol
Then I think Darryl should possibly consider getting a packet of blank “ special contributions “ awards and some loving cup trophies or medium bowling sized trophies and award those from time to time …. Tall_Allen, J-O-H-N , esp Randy …others ….over time and ( of course ) keep a ( well tagged, targeted ) page on the award so it will rank high in Google searches ( promotes the group, honors the person awarded and potentially drives viewers to group content. ) . Also encourages posting of high order group content , seeking recognition. There seems like the potential for a 2nd tier or 3rd tier memorial page as well. Since the lady caregivers are a vital and integral component, include them as well for those that advocated strongly for their man. Could work well if approached tastefully.

Yea ADT brain plus add in some long term Xtandi ischemic small vessel white matter damage in there ( Xtandi crosses the blood brain barrier) and you’ve got the fix’ins for some … ah ….er …. Dang I forget now.
Fact is that you can’t beat up your body with the powerful ADT drugs, for long term, and not expect some issues . It’s a trade off … we all have to decide individually if it’s worth it or not.
Some excellent potential examples could be T_A , dunno what his arrangement with big D is but it shouldn’t matter, T_As contribution is enormous, then J-O-H-N for all his longevity here and uplifting/ distracting special humor. You buddy… your contribution is unique. Many others.
For the ladies , ( I apologize for my bad name memory ) the wife of that very beloved guy that passed ( a doctor I think ) and went on to mod a group for wives . Doesn’t have to stop there , posthumously awarding to someone who was uncommonly loved and special like Great John .

It my birthday today buddy, Im a young 78 years old. For my birthday present, California DMV took away my drivers license they gave me a 60 day temp permit to help settle my driving future. Gonna need the hammer to drive me everywhere now. Clerk said, on average , men quit driving at 75 years old, so I beat that by three years. Woohoo
ADT body changes plus ADT caused diabetes has caused me to require Prism lens on my glasses. Prism lens make nearby letters blurry and highly distorted . Can’t pass the vision test with them, even tho I can see well past the hood of my truck. Sitting in the truck, the steering wheel looks misshapen , part leaning toward me and part leaning far the other away. lol I pretty much expected this to happen. First time in nearly 60 years I won’t have a DL. In the whole scheme of things, this is a minor inconvenience, considering. Still ….

Yea prism glasses are a thing. They screw up a vision test tho due to interactions with the lens in vision machines. Impacts such a small population of eye patients that its kinda ignored. I’ll probably ask to have my cataracts fixed and see what happens after that. They put them off thinking I’d have croaked by now. Probably same mind set still in place thinking “ how &$@# much longer can this sapsucker hold out “ lol. No biggie, frankly I kinda like the thought of a joined at the hip chauffeur….. just say’in. lol
( prism glasses cost $400-$500 more “ per eye “ than standard trifocals. )
Boy I CANNOT believe how old I am. My head is 55-60 ish and my body came over on the mayflower. Shows what living with a 12-15 year younger wife does for you. Thanks for the B-day wishes brother , I appreciate it.
